Aan de andere kant besef ik wel dat het continue dragen van oordoppen ook 'schadelijk' is.

Vooral het niet kunnen slapen zorgt voor een echte hel.
Toevallig last van je kaken? TMJ problematiek?

Klopt, de oren afsluiten voor alle geluid is inderdaad ook niet goed, ik zorg ervoor dat het nooit stil is en ik vermijd lawaai, gezien de ernst van mijn tinnitus zijn bepaalde geluiden nu ook lawaai geworden, ik bescherm waar nodig, velen zullen het niet willen geloven maar tegen mijn wil in heeft de tinnitus en hyperacusis mij gedeeltelijk in hun macht, ik probeer er mee om te gaan, ik probeer positief te blijven.
Ik heb geen last van mijn kaken, mijn T en H komt door geluid.
Probeer tijdens het slapen wat tegengeluid te maken, als je alleen slaapt is dat geen probleem, ik slaap met natuurgeluiden via oortjes.
Ik ben van plan een smart Phone te kopen en er de nodige apps op te plaatsen zodat ik via oortjes kan slapen met tegengeluid, ik ben nog altijd volop bezig met zaken uit te testen.
